If an applicant is working in any private company (Accenture, Reliance Communications, Capgemini, HCL, Infosys, TCS etc.) or any other MNC, which work in CSR/Development Sector. Whether such experience will be considered or not?
As per eligibility criteria decided by the Qualification Fixation Committee the essential experience for candidate is fixed as- “post qualification work experience with Central/ State Govt./ Societies and Trusts having ownership of State or Central Govt./ PSUs/ International Development Organizations/ Institutions (having presence in more than one country) like World Bank, UNICEF, UNDP, WWF, BMGF, DFID, IPE Global, ADB.” So, experience in CSR of any private company or MNC is not in the purview of eligibility criteria of essential experience.
If an applicant has experience as per eligibility criteria decided by the Qualification Fixation Committee and in other sector (Private/MNCs etc.) also, which experience will be considered?
The essential experience for candidate is fixed as- “post qualification work experience with Central/ State Govt./ Societies and Trusts having ownership of State or Central Govt./ PSUs/ International Development Organizations/ Institutions (having presence in more than one country) like World Bank, UNICEF, UNDP, WWF, BMGF, DFID, IPE Global, ADB.” In this case, the tenure/period of relevant experience will be considered.

A. If an applicant, an employee of International Developmental Organization/ Institutions is/was deputed in some other international developmental organizations/ institutions (as per eligibility criteria decided by the Qualification Fixation Committee, whether such experience will be considered or not?
B. If an applicant, an employee of International Developmental Organization/Institution (as per eligibility criteria decided by the Qualification Fixation Committee) is/was deputed in some private organizations or MNCs, whether such candidates will be considered or not?
a. In this case, the Parent organizations/institutions of an applicant will be taken into consideration for the purpose of considering essential experience (as per eligibility criteria).

A. If month and year is mentioned and date is not mentioned in the experience certificate of the candidate then how experience will be calculated?
B. If only year is mentioned and month & date is not mentioned in experience certificate of the candidate then how experience will be calculated?
a. Such applications will be considered and will be calculated as below: -> Joining Date - Last date of the month mentioned in the uploaded experience certificate. -> Relieving Date – First date of the month mentioned in the uploaded experience certificate.
b. Such experience certificate won’t be valid. Hence, will not be considered.
An applicant whose attached document (educational/work experience) doesn’t validate the entered/filled details of an application, whether such candidates will be considered or not?
Such cases will be adjudicated in the following way:
a. If a mistake, difference or ambiguity is typographic or clerical in nature, then attached document/documents will be considered for verification as well as for marking purpose, and the applicant will be given opportunity to submit an affidavit regarding mistakes or differences/ ambiguity.
b. If the mistake, difference or ambiguity is substantial in nature and details of the application can’t be validated by the attached document/documents, the claim of candidate will be considered invalid.
If the applicant has uploaded offer letter with NOC or updated pay slip, whether such document/s will be considered or not?
If the applicant has uploaded only the offer letter to prove his/her joining date and not submitted experience related document/s, whether such document/s will be considered or not ?
a. Primarily, such document/documents will be considered if it is sufficient for calculating period/tenure of relevant experience and the candidate will be given opportunity to satisfy his/her claim with other valid document/documents in which period/tenure of experience is clearly mentioned.
b. An offer letter mentioning joining date but not clarifying the period/tenure of experience will not be considered for calculating period/tenure of experience.
Applicant, who has submitted same certificate for all mentioned experiences, how will it be considered?
Relevant post qualification work experience, for which valid document/documents is/are attached, will be considered.
Application, in which work experience at any level (block, district, state or national) is not mentioned and cannot be verified through uploaded document/s, whether it will be considered or not?
These types of cases will be adjudicated in the following way:
a. If applicant has not made any claim of his/her experience of higher level i.e. district, state or national level in his/her application, the work experience will be considered as of block level only.
b. If applicant has made claim of his/her experience at higher level i.e., district, state or national level but document/s submitted by him/her does not clarify/support his/her claim, the work experience will be considered as of block level and opportunity will be given to the applicants to submit the document/documents, which clearly clarify/support their claim of work experience at district, state or national level. If an applicant does not submit the document in the given time frame the claim of experience at higher level i.e. district, state or national level will not be considered.
Applicants whose work experience is calculated as 1 year 11 months and 30 days by software i.e. 1 day less than the required experience, how will it be calculated?
In such cases, the period/tenure of post qualification work experience will be calculated manually. However, period/tenure of essential experience shall be required as per eligibility criteria.
If applicant’s post qualification work experience document is not in letter head/ missing authorized signature and stamp, how will it be considered?
Experience certificate without letter head – Experience certificate issued without letter head will be considered if the name of candidate, designation, period of experience (date-month-year of joining and relieving) is clearly mentioned with authorized stamp and signature of issuing authority with date and designation.
Experience certificate without stamp – Experience certificate will be considered if the name of candidate, designation, period of experience (date-month-year of joining and relieving) is clearly mentioned in the letter head of issuing authority with signature, date and designation.
If the designation of an applicant is not mentioned in the work experience certificate, whether such document/documents will be considered or not?
As work experience certificate without name and designation of candidate cannot be valid, such certificate will not be considered.
An applicant is working as guest faculty/researcher in any university/ project (state/ central), whether such experience will be considered or not?
Full-time post qualification work experience (as per eligibility criteria) will be considered.
In case of retired candidate, who have not uploaded grade pay certificate, how will it be calculated?
Such applications will be accepted if claim of an applicant can be verified on the basis of documents of PPOs/last pay drawn certificate or by other valid document/documents.
Applicants who have work experience as YP of Jeevika, but experience is not specified, how will it be considered?
These types of cases will be adjudicated in the following way: –
a. An applicant who has experience as a YP of Jeevika and has not claimed position wise work experience, will be considered equivalent to work experience in Rural Development (As Jeevika is a Regd. society under RDD).
b. Otherwise, relevant work experience shall be considered according to the post/ position held by the YP of Jeevika.
If an applicant is working as a consultant (as per approved eligibility criteria), will he/she be considered?
In this case, parent organization/institutions of an applicant shall be taken into consideration and applicant having full time post qualification relevant experience (As per eligibility criteria) will be considered.
